Experfina was founded as a consultancy firm by Hans Küpfer and Bruno Leibundgut in the spring of 2006. At the end of 2017 Christian C. Moesch joined Experfina as a new partner. Together, the three partners have decades of experience in advising national and international private clients and SMEs. Prior to the foundation of Experfina, they headed an internationally oriented medium-sized consulting company, with more than 50 employees.
From their past and current work experience, they know and understand the clients both from the point of view as a consultant as well as from that of the entrepreneur. Together, they combine professional knowledge in the areas of tax, finance and law. They have excellent relationships to the local authorities and banking industry and communicate in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
With an experienced team of highly qualified and motivated staff, Experfina provides customized and solution-oriented consultancy services for SME’s individuals and entrepreneurs.
We understand and analyse your financial, tax- and legal requirements and develop appropriate strategies in a pragmatic and efficient way. If necessary, we call upon highly qualified external specialists. This ensures that – despite our smallness – we are able to work for small and mid-sized companies at all times. Our maxim is based on professionalism, quality and continuity – taking into account existing structures and adapting to the changing needs of the economical, legal and political framework. We develop sustainable and individually adjusted strategies for our clients. We always critically review any standard solution.
We take our clients entire ‘life cycle’ into full account and find financial and legal solutions (including inheritance law), respectively.
Our clients have one adviser as a contact person. At the same time though, it is important to us that every adviser has a permanent and up to date replacement. Often, our advisers have been actively serving their clients for more than 20 years. Also, our employees have extensive work experience and are educated respectively.
